Day 72

I did not want to get out of bed today. The back pain and exhaustion felt so heavy. But in the spirit of a stubborn thank you, here is the list of what I am grateful for: 1. Papa is well. Spoke to him and I am likely to see him on Sunday. (Sunday feels a long way off.) 2. Got one draft of the presentation done and that was a huge unknown for me. There's still a lot of work to finish there but we have gotten started and that's something. 3. Finished reading the first chapter of Peter Drucker's 'The Effective Executive'. It has been a long time since I read something so even if it's little, I am grateful for it. 4. Had some tasty food today and stayed off rice. Had cheese pasta but hopefully with tofu, it was a healthier choice than rice. 5. Did some stretches.
