Day 66
Not feeling so good today. Maybe that becomes a stronger reason to make this entry. Here are all the things I am grateful for:
1. Papa is well.
2. Help came in today.
3. Had water, food, electricity.
4. Got through work today.
5. Came across an interesting bit on YouTube where this neuroscientist said that we have sleep issues because we are sleeping like adults when we need to sleep like children. We need to soothe ourselves and sleep off and tuck ourselves into bed. We need to tell ourselves that we are safe. That is when we will sleep.
6. Got my eyebrows waxed again. I really like that. It is more expensive but it is so much quicker and less painful. They're looking good.
