Day 69

I have been in a fair amount of pain today. But we plod on here so that the practices continues:

1. Papa is well.

2. Got the fan repaired. It was quick and seamless. Thank God for Urban Company.

3. Did some stretches.

4. Stayed away from rice for dinner.

5. Liked a portion of the work I did.
