Day 6 of 108

A very distracted day. Papa had to go for his satsangh today. So obviously I worried and fretted and made 200 callsuntil he reached home safe. This is my lesson - I really need to be able to chill when he is not with me. After a point, I cannot be there with him all the time. It is a lesson in deep surrender. Well, I got through the day though. I went off for a walk up Pali Hill halted at Boojee for a cold cortado with almond milk, sweetened at the beginning itself. It was so delicious! I love Boojee. I sat in one of the 3 little spots - meant for a smoking crowd but there were two other girls having their flourless chocolate cake. So that was peaceful. Then I walked to Mount Mary. Headed back. Papa was still not home. Then he reached. That was good. We had cups of flavored yogurt by Pride of Cows. It was really good! We were trying this out for the first time today.

He told me all about his time at the satsangh. He won an apple at a quiz contest. He looked so chuffed about that. We put on the fairy lights and he had his protein drink. I sat sipping my black coffee. It was a little bit of happy peace for the day.

Here are all the things I am grateful for:

1. Papa is safe and well.

2. I worked out a schedule with a couple of clients. There is some work to do next week onwards.

3. Quite enjoyed the flavored yogurt.

4. Both help came today.

5. Could manage to walk up to Mount Mary and had the resources to treat myself to a Boojee coffee. Yay!
