Days 84 and 85 of 108

 I have been busy and lazy. And really incoherent. Everything is getting delayed. And this leg pain is going on and on. I am now getting obstinate about this. I will work on healing it. I have always enjoyed such good health that this is feeling totally off. But maybe that is the opportunity here...to truly live the lessons I had been reading about...to remember one is not the body. Or even the mind.

Anyway here are all the things I am grateful for:

1. Papa is well. Now with my condition I am really thankful that he is fine.

2. I spoke with a friend from Bangalore. It was such a good conversation. We got on video calls and shared glimpses of our homes. It was strangely innocent. 

3. Finished doing a storyboard on time. That was really good. It was a big push. But I am glad I could meet that challenge. 

4. 






I went for a walk up Pali Hill. I can't explain how luscious and rejuvenating I find it. I love my walks up that road. Always have. Since childhood. 

5. Managed to go to the gym yesterday And did a proper workout. That was good. There's something about strength training that feels very empowering especially when the rest of your life... and even your body is breaking down a little...You get the sense that so many other parts of the body are solid and have great strength. That much is excellent.

6. Had pizza last night... from Pizza Hut. And a pizza pocket. Not healthy at all but good.
