Day 88 of 108

 A different part of my body has started paining today. If ever I was doubtful of suppressed pain making itself felt, this is it. Or maybe I am reading too much into it. But I do want to learn about somatic workout and somatic therapy in a big way. 

It is very hot and it's like the heat has started behaving like a caged animal. It is just getting antsy and violent now and if you are careful, you hear its rumble. 

Here are all the things I am grateful for today:

1. Papa is well.

2. I still have a body I can observe and try to detach from. What I mean to say is that I do understand how much of a blessing having a body is. When something goes wrong with it without explanation, you know that some deep story is now putting up a theatrical production. 

3. Ordered mushroom shammi kababs from Pack a Pav. I love, love, love that place!

4. I may be getting better at self soothing. 

5. Had really tasty food today. 

6. Had a good workout at the gym.
