2. Had a skirmish regarding a timeline.
3. Surprised myself by being a little calm about a discussion.
4. Noticed a couple of serendipities.
5. Nursed a bad headache and a bad back.
6. Tried to do planks. Did 120 seconds with breaks. That perhaps caused the back to be bad.
