Aaj playschool me "idli -day" tha. All kids were asked to get idliis from home. My two year old nephew, Veer never eats on hi sown and has to be fed. My mom was watching from the window.. Seeing everyone eat, he took the spoon and sliced the idli, put some chutney on top of it and ate it.. First time he has ever eaten anything on his own. My mom says it was a wondeful sight. He waited for some time so that some one would feed him but later he decided to eat himself . he dropped the first idli but was careful wth the next one. trial and error method at play... u can show such a video at big organisation summits too .. we grow up and stop trying.. the child doesnt.... ---manish
