I guess the person who sent it to you is likely to call Mr Schwarzenegger "Arnie baby".But this specimen in the picture (the "angel") has fairly well developed legs too...doesn't look horribly imbalanced with a swell upper body and spindly legs.

Papa was discharged today and none of us were prepared for it. He is still so weak but we are on the right path of treatment, it seems. But ...
