i think you heard the sad version. in the happy version, when he says, "itna na mujhsey tu pyar badha, kee mein ik baadal awaare. kaisey kisi ka sahara banoo, ke mein khud beghar bechara."
she says, "isliye tujhsey mein pyar karoon, kee tu ik baadal awaara. janam janam se hoon saath terey, hai naam mera jal kee dhaara." :)

I only remember it was a rip off Mozart's 41st symphony (the tune, I mean). As usual I didn't pay any notice to the lyrics.
