It has been a tiring day. Next week or ten days I will take a break from my diet and have stuff that soothes me. Will keep up with the workout hopefully. 

Anyway, here are all the things that I am grateful for:

1. Papa is well. Hopefully I will see him tomorrow night. He has plans to be with his friends in the satsang so he is not really looking forward to me being there. But I will still be there I think, work permitting.

2. I gave a training today and it was mammoth. I had labored over it during the weekend but we are done now and it is a relief. Honestly I am not sure how much the team really processed the information. But if they even got the sense that the work we are now doing is not fluffy, it is a seed planted.

3. Had a bowl of fast food ramen after so long. Awesome. Also really enjoyed fruits and berries.

4. Both cook and cleaning lady had turned up today.

5. I did a grounding meditation this morning and it felt good.
