It has been a tiring day. Next week or ten days I will take a break from my diet and have stuff that soothes me. Will keep up with the workout hopefully.  Anyway, here are all the things that I am grateful for: 1. Papa is well. Hopefully I will see him tomorrow night. He has plans to be with his friends in the satsang so he is not really looking forward to me being there. But I will still be there I think, work permitting. 2. I gave a training today and it was mammoth. I had labored over it during the weekend but we are done now and it is a relief. Honestly I am not sure how much the team really processed the information. But if they even got the sense that the work we are now doing is not fluffy, it is a seed planted. 3. Had a bowl of fast food ramen after so long. Awesome. Also really enjoyed fruits and berries. 4. Both cook and cleaning lady had turned up today. 5. I did a grounding meditation this morning and it felt good.

There is just so much work left, and I am so tired and sleepy. I still have to go on. Anyway, here goes: 1. Papa is well. 2. Met a friend for dinner. It was great! He follows solar eclipses around the world and he had recently been to Mexico. His photographs are beautiful! 3. Met an old college friend and it was a lovely evening. He took me to his school church and they had a beautiful massive crib. He also gave me a short prayer 'The Litany of Trust'. I really need it. He reads it every day and contemplates every line. I will give it a go along with the Narasimha Kavacham that I am listening to. 4. I went for a bike ride and walk through Pali village. It was nice. 5. I had a lovely cup of coffee at Stabucks.

It was a super Christmas, especially until evening. By the night, I was tired and a little bored with having one more Christmas walk. But we went through Pali Village, and it was lovely! Mallaika's Scarlett House has opened, and I want to try it out. But here are all the things I am grateful for: 1. Papa is well. 2. Had a lovely Christmas lunch with friends. 3. I looked really nice in a red dress. 4. Walk through Pali Hill was pretty. 5. Had a good night's rest.

Here are all the things that I am grateful for: 1. Papa is well. 2. A friend came over and we went to the Mount for a visit. It was resplendent! 3. My friend and I ended the evening the way two people would end the last episode of a season of a Netflix series - sitting in the dark with cups of takeaway coffee, chatting about strange things.  4. Got an auto when we could even though he charged double.  5. Cleaning lady and cook came today!

Okay, so a Sunday is over and I still have a few hours to go. I need to write a resume and then sleep and then wake up to a big and heavy day tomorrow. But let's see. Gratitude first. 1. Papa is well. I spoke to him today and he has started walking for exercise. That was so good to hear! 2. I went for a workout. Managed to complete the whole duration even though I felt a little bored. 3. I had a massage today. It was not entirely relaxing but the lady said that I had a few knots and all, even in my stomach area. So I need to get that checked by a doctor - that's what she recommended. I am just grateful for the fact that this came up in a conversation. 4. I had a really tasty salad of grated cucumber, apples, carrots, and curd. And two very tasty masala dosas made at home.  5. Had water, electricity, food, and general supplies to get me through the day. In uncertain times, there was this and this much was more than enough.

A few things that I am grateful for: 1. Papa is well. He came over today and it was nice to see him. 2. Felt a little better today. 3. A couple of friends came over. We had some coffee and cutlets, went for a walk, saw a cloud of Christmas lights and blossoms, and spent a cozy dinner at home. 4. Both my help turned up today. 5. So so so grateful to have a sweet cozy womb-like space in Bandra to live in.

I had missed twelve days of blogging. I thought it will take a lot of time to type out the number of days. Turns out, no. 12 full days could be typed out just so quickly. Goes to show that whatever we imagine to be a big, long life can be snuffed out in a jiffy. All the things that I am massively grateful for: 1. Papa is well. 2. There has been sufficient money to live reasonably well. 3. I am so grateful for being able to travel with Papa. This short getaway out of town was emotionally so rich and fulfilling. He loved sitting on the pier by the lake, walking on grass and snoozing in the winter sun. It was lovely! 4. Work has been menacingly hectic, but I have lived through it.  5. Phone broke but got it repaired. 6. Have water and electricity.

Lots of days have passed. It is very hectic at work. Here are a few things I am grateful for: 1. Papa is well. 2. What gorgeous weather! It is supremely scrumptious! 3. The Christmas tree is up and the decorations look really pretty! 4. I went over to a friend's place to put up decorations. I also worked on a crib and the nativity scene. It is gorgeous! 5. I have figured out a goal to work on. Still need to decide on specific strategies, etc. But that goal has been arrived at and I know now what to do! That itself is big. 6. Have written a couple of posts on LinkedIn and they have taken off.
