A little more 'found' in translation
I was talking to someone about some writing work. It's an interesting gig and involves writing text books on grooming that will be converted into Braille. English isn't the first language for either of us. Still.
I had some questions on the execution of the project. This person explained a few details. I think he meant to end the conversation with, "I'll take care of that." but he said, "I'll take care of you." It was so sweet! It has been ages since someone has said that to me, especially in a work context.
For a very brief while, I thought it was my mom at the other end.
Strange what kind of turn a call can take.
